Placed an order over 5 weeks ago. Credit card was charged immediately yet I still have yet to receive my order. Emailing the company and trying to use their online chat service is equally as frustrating. I have been waiting over 10 minutes for an online rep
I ordered the dress on 21st July, the online service kept me up to date as to where my order was, the dress arrived in the country on the 3rd August and I received it today 4th August.
Very impressed with the dress, the quality, the shipping and fees where all fine.
The dress is exactly as the dress shown on the online pictures.
I will shop here again, recommend to all other buyers.

The dress arrived quickly. My daughter was a junior bride's maid. It looked exactly as pictured and the fit was perfect! It was almost tailored made. I will definitely order from Tbdress again!

Very poor customer service. I bought a dress over a month in advance for an event, and it should have arrived within 2 weeks. It was taking exceedingly long for the dress to ship, and I needed to reach out to them. When I asked what was taking so long, they said it was out of stock and the factory was preparing it. They did not feel the need to tell me this themselves, but instead waited for me to ask about it. The lady said it was packed and would ship soon, but three days later and it had yet to ship. She should have upgraded shipping speed free of charge but instead kept saying sorry and doing nothing. When I asked about upgrading shipping speed free of charge on the live chat they said they couldn't do that because it had apparently already shipped. When I asked them to send the another of the same dress in the faster speed, they said that was not possible. When I expressed my disappointment in the situation, they only offered me 4 USD as compensation. This business does not know how to prevent and then handle mistakes. Very poor experience.
EDIT: They have emailed me with no other help other than the tracking number (which I had already). They asked me to change the rating to 4 or 5 stars, even while doing literally nothing to help or compensate me. If I could, I'd change the rating to 0 stars.
