I just purchased some clothes to my wife, and waiting to receive my orders :D
I ordered a blue prom dress and it worked out perfectly for me.
I ordered on 7/31 and when I looked my order up online, the website said that my dress has shipped yesterday. I went to track my order, clicking the link, and the tracking number is not loading on the delivery service website that I've never heard of and it seems to be coming from Asia. The reason I decided to order from TBDress was because I saw all the positive reviews. I'm wondering if they are people paid to post these reviews? Because upon actually scrolling through the reviews, I'm reading a lot that are similar to my situation. I hope the dress comes and I hope it's not of poor quality or else this company will not hear the end of it from me!
My order has still not arrived. I have been waiting for nearly a month for it to arrive. Is this normal? Or did my order get overlooked?

Poorly made/damaged upon arrival. Order a secondary dress on the same day 2 months ago and still hasn't arrived. Attempted contact with customer service to return the product and cancel my other dress order due to the poor quality of the dress I received. The following is what they emailed me back.
"Thanks for your shopping on our website and have a nice day. I am sorry to hear
That you are not satisfied with the item. You can return it back, but the shipping
Cost is very expensive.It will be a big lost for you.We suggest you give it to your
Relatives or friend as a gift or resell it locally at a good price."
Sad to say with the information Satisfaction Guarantee at the top is a total lie. I am not satisfied and they really are not guaranteeing anything. I placed this order on 7/21 and just received the one dress 8/30. Tried to open an dispute, but they site will not let you. Save yourself the headache and do not order from here.
I ordered a dress on sale from tbdress. It took a couple weeks to get it in the mail but it finally came. The material is a little cheap, like Halloween costumes, but for the cheap price it was decent.

04 December 15, received the product and I'm happy with it.
Such a online shopping, it's great, but i prefer cash on delivery. Some people may not have bank card or can use only salary card. But I really like the product.
Everything was wonderful! The selection is lovely, and I bought a green vintage dress that would've been almost $90 for just over $20, so the sales are fabulous. I love the fact that you can hold an order and delay payment- I wish more companies had that as an option!
