I was looking for a dress for ages and i came across one on TB Dress. I was new to the site and didnt know what to expect. I finally came across a beautiful white dress which was short at the front and long at the back. It had gold studs at the sweetheart neckline. It was beautiful. I decided to go for the fastest possible delivery time and it arrived in less than 2 days. (which i was delighted with) It was perfect! I tried it on and it fitted so well and was so comfie! Ive had it awhile now and its still the same! Great quality and a great shopping expierience! Thank you

Everyone I've seen who ordered from TBDress has been ripped off. I didn't even get half of my order and I still cant get someone over the phone. I have been emailing these people back and forth and they still wont give me a refund for clothes I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED! They will rip you off. There are plenty of other places to buy clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you don't believe me, or you are still unsure, look up the TBDress Fail Facebook page.

I measured myself based on your sizing chart and found that I am a size 6. When the item arrived it did not fit me. It was not sewn to the correct size. Also a few beads fell off as I was taking the dress out of the bag and many more were found to be loosely sewn and about to fall off. I was offered a $15 refund to fix the beads and after several days of discussion only a 40% refund if I returned the product. Neither of these are sufficient as the mistakes were made on their end.

I ordered a dress from this site and when I received the dress (almost after a month)... believe me the dress was torn in the front... a new dress was torn... Unbelievable... when I contacted the customer care for the same, they said they would apply some discount, discount is 3 dollars... the 3 dollar discount that they are offering me is less than the shipping charge that I paid for the dress... totally un-professional people. Please don't buy anything from this site... I feel cheated and cursing myself for making a decision to purchase from this site. Total waste of my hard earned money

This is a company in a foreign country. Order at your own risk because unless you order something that fits and that you end up liking, trying to return it will not turn out well. Their end of the email chain I have going with them is in broken English and solves nothing. I carefully read the return policy before ordering & knew that I would have to pay return shipping. What is NOT stated in the return policy is that they consider everything "custom" (? Even though you are ordering a size and do not send in your measurements...) and so if it doesn't fit, which it probably won't because their sizes are not true, then when you try to return it - SURPRISE! You are told that they will refund only 60% of value. So adding in almost $24 to ship back it basically ended up costing me about $70 to try on a dress. Also, they have you pay them through Paypal so you can't cancel the payment although I will be trying to dispute. TBDress gets an "F" on BBB and there is a dedicated Facebook page called TBDress Fail.
