I ordered a dress from this website using their sizing chart. When I received the dress, the collar scratched my neck and made it red, and I couldnt even lift my arms above my head. I contacted customer service asking for a refund and they refused to give me the full refund that their return policy promised. According to the return policy, anything faulty on their part is entitled to a full refund. I've been chatting with customer service for a week now and they still refuse to give me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company BEFORE reading the reviews so of course I was scared, thinking I might've been scammed... the occasion I needed the shoes for was canceled and I immediately requested a full refund because my shoes hadn't even been shipped, I ordered them in January and as of mid or late February they hadn't even been shipped. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund and for about a month or so we were going back and forward with them trying to send me coupons or something... finally I told them that I just wanted a FULL REFUND, I explained that I didn't need a coupon or anything... just a refund... finally I received a very nice email response stating that they were going to be refunding me the FULL amount and I should receive it in no more than 15 days. Guess what... I recieved my full refund in 7 days after. I'm not sure if I just got lucky and spoke(emailed) a compassionate person or what but I am very grateful that I received my money back... I gave the website two stars because the website itself is great... I'm not sure about the actual items they send out.

I ordered and paid for a beautiful dress to wear to my sister's wedding. 2 months later money was gone and package finally received. GUESS WHAT WAS IN THE PACKAGE? A computer wire! (See photo) SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I've ordered shoes for my wife 2 weeks prior to valentines day. At the checkout I paid extra 25 dollars for 3 to 7 day shipment. After the 10th day of not receiving the item I checked the tracking and it still indicated that the package is processing. Meaning it still hasn't been shipped. They do not have a phone number to call so I immediately sent them a message asking to cancel this order and give me my full refund as it wasn't gonna get to me before valentines day. In response they apologized and mentioned that the shoes are still being made and will be shipped the following week and offered me a coupon for 15 dollars. (15 DOLLARS IS LESS THEN THE 25 DOLLARS I PAID FOR FAST SHIPPING LOL.) Anyways I sent them a message again asking for full refund while the item still wasn't shipped. They sent the same message again offering 15 dollars and this wen't back and forth for a month. I received the shoes after 47 days of ordering and now they are pretty much telling me to bug off.
To add more to the problem the shoes were not the once on the picture.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I can not stress this enough. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I GOT SCAMMED. I stupidly ordered a dress without reading reviews first and didnt realize I wouldn't receive my item in time. I sent them a message to cancel my order not even 20 mins later and they kept going back and forth with me trying to give me money off or get a replacement which I kindly said no and to cancel my order each message. After 5 messages they told me they can give me a 70% refund because it's been 24 hours. MIND YOU I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER NOT EVEN 20 MINS LATER AFTER I ORDERED. I doubt I will ever see the redund thankfully my credit card company is aware and is ready to give me my money back. Do not order with a unsecured card

I order my wedding dress and was told that it will arrived on time, paid expedited shipping and included a note and still didn't get it. I tried getting a refund for the order and they insist for me to wait 10 additional days and a $10 USD discount. Getting the dress after my wedding? How does that help? Very dishonest site and won't reply to message until weeks after. DO NOT TRUST! I'm still waiting for the refund and never got the dress...

Customer Service will not provide information on how to return items, they will insist on giving you $10 off or a discount on another purchase. Very dishonest business practices. They refused to cancel my order after 30 days of not shipping the order then shipped it partially a week later and no refund for item not shipped. If you like the product then no problem but should you have to return they will hold you hostage and not allow it. Be Aware!

I hope everyone reads my review, to be warned about this website. It is the worst place to buy from! I haven't received my package, I ordered it 1-28-20 and it is 2-21-20. I looked to see where it is and it says that my package is still processing! I have sent several messages and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
