I ordered two dresses from tbdress.com for my engagement party. I payed 264$, after couple of days they sent me an email where total amount was not 264$ but 301$ for some reason. Anyway it took them about 10-15 days to ship the dresses. As I got the dresses I realized these were not the dresses that Ive seen in the pictures. The fabric was cheap, the sizin was not right, ona was too big, another was too small. It was terrible. I emailed them saying I want to return the dresses, they said they will refund only 50% of my order because of the reason they couldn't explain. I wrote emails and spent over 50$ on my phone bills (because I was calling to China) no one explained me the reason of the partial refund. Even tho partial refund isnt mentioned anywhere on their website they said this is how it works and I sent the dresses back.
Customer service is a big ZERO! They dont get back to emails, on the phone they repeat the same stuff not listening your question. Overall it was a terrible experience. I shipped the dresses and didnt get the refund yet. So hopefully I will get at least 50% back. I do not recommend the website! AT ALL! Horrible experience!
