They do not make the extension of my taxes and took my money. Don't respond to emails. Now I have to fight with the credit card company to see my money again.
AWFUL.

Dear Noble,

We're really sorry we didn’t come across your review sooner — most of our feedback comes through Google Maps, Facebook, or Trustpilot, so we don’t always catch messages elsewhere right away.

It’s been a while, which makes it harder for us to fully understand what happened, but we genuinely regret hearing that your experience may not have met your expectations. If you’re open to it, we’d truly appreciate the chance to talk things through and see how we can make it right.

You can reach us at [email protected] — we're here and ready to listen.

Best regards,
Taxes for Expats

These guys messed up on my taxes 2 years ago, which led to me underplanning my tax liability last year by several thousand dollars. When I asked for some compensation (like a discount), I was told that "it's not that much money, so I shouldn't worry about it."

As a result, I had to pay my taxes late, pay interest and file a revised tax return from 2 years ago (and pay even more). They took no responsibility, even though the entire concept of their business is handing the intricacies of international tax law (they misapplied the totalization agreement for self-employment taxes, which is basically the definition of their job).

Stay far, far away.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts — and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Most of the feedback we receive comes through platforms like Google Maps, Facebook, or Trustpilot, so we may have missed this initially.
Since some time has passed, it’s a bit tricky for us to fully trace the details, but we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience may not have been what you expected. We always want to make things right when we can.

If you're open to reconnecting, feel free to drop us a line at [email protected]. We'd love the opportunity to talk and see how we can help.
Best regards,
