I have ordered HP Laptop 15s-gy0001AU Athlon|3050U|4GB|1TBHDD|15.6 inch|W10H|INT Graphics|Jet Black. Under Order no- ******* same was received on 7th -May-21.
It was a defective item, tacking auto restart and charging not working. I have escalated the issue with CS Management <*******@tatacliq.com and *******@tatacliq.com regarding return/replacement under 7 days. Then i got an email for some details of product and order, hance i have shared all required supporting details.
There after the most pathetic customer care service & Electronics Returns team passing approx one week time on my remainder, Then I got below replay and block my account also.
Quality of products are very good. Customer care is responsive and prompt. It's worth referring to friends
I ordered a mobile phone Motorola Moto G5S plus. Quality, packaging and everything was fine. Item was delivered in time as well. They can work over the technical issue of the website though. Sometimes, it shows lower offer price over items, but once it is added to cart, the price suddenly shows to be more.
