Ordering was fairly easy but I had to measure several times to make sure the size was right. I called once to ask about seams in a large curtain, but the person I spoke to didn't seem to understand what I was asking. However they were very nice.

So easy to do! We took the dimensions, decided how much of the tarp would be clear and how much would be colored, decided on the amount and placement of the grommets and placed the order. It came about 2 weeks later, and my nephew installed it in about an hour. Today we have 50 mph winds, and it's doing exactly what we had hoped for.

High quality tarps at a reasonable price. Delivered the tarps quickly through Federal Express. The online order form was well done to get the product the way you want it. They are easy to clean as I also purchased some cleaning equipment to take good care of them so they will last a long time.
Very cumbersome to get someone to go over order details on the phone.
6 or7 emails and several phone calls later, I feel like I'm taking a chance that it arrives correct. If it does, I will re-score my review.

Went on the site to order curtains to enclose an area under my deck for the winter. It was wonderful that all sides didn't have to be the same size since I didn't have the room and of course the area was not very level. Being able to add the bottom pouch and holes along the top and sides of the tarp.
I would use them again!

The tarp arrived in perfect condition. Only issue was that tracking never worked.
We hung it on the North end of our pavilion, and it seems to be strong enough to stand up to strong winds expected this week. We left the gable open and bottom grommets unattached to allow wind to pass if it gets serious.
Nice heavy construction. I'm happy with it so far.
