We ask our users to complete the verification procedure and confirm their identity. They do so by presenting documents and recording a video. Once the Moderation team receives such information, the user's profile becomes verified, meaning there is a Trusted user sign.

It is not good. I have asked many times about contacting people that I wish to further a relationship with and the response has always been "you can exchange contact information at any time" but when I attempt to give it get contact information it is overridden with * in place of what I send.
