I originally signed up for Tailor Brands in 2019 and never used the service after the initial setup. They continued charging me $178.99 every year without notice. I take responsibility for 2020-2023, as the charges got mixed in with other business expenses and were not caught. In 2024, I contacted their support team to cancel, but they claimed they couldn't find my account without the original email. I clearly told them I no longer authorized charges. I gave them the credit card number and they claimed that they could not locate our account. Despite that, they billed me again in 2025—using a recurring payment token on a new credit card. When I contacted them again, they located the account but refused to refund the 2025 charge. Their customer support offered no real help and ignored the fact that I had already canceled. After years of automatic renewals, I find their billing practices misleading and their support dismissive. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and complaints with the BBB and FTC. I'd recommend avoiding this service entirely and watching your billing statements closely if you've ever signed up. I spoke to them via email support, and they offered 50% refund or I could switch to a $19.99 plan. They claim that despite my contacting them in 2024 and three days after the 2025 transaction, it was their policy to never refund a customer. I contacted their support via the phone, and they gave me a case number and said they would try to get me a refund, but there is no guarantee.

His is a serious scam. Tailor Brands charged my credit card without my consent for a service I have not used in over two years. Taking money from customers without authorization is not only unethical, it is outright theft. When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, they shamelessly offered to refund only 50% of the unauthorized charge — as if stealing part of my money was somehow acceptable. I have already reported this to my bank and will be cancelling my card to prevent further abuse. This company's actions are dishonest, disrespectful, and predatory. I strongly warn everyone: do not trust Tailor Brands with your payment information.

They r very very very unclear about the pricing! I was charged $304.00 just for them to register my LLC with the Secretary of State, which they have not done yet but won't give me a refund! It costs $155 total and that includes the exposures 4 hour service! I recommend using a monkey before using this " service " it's a scam

Misleading scammers, Will continue to bill your account long after your finished with the service, without notification. Will also bill account after cancellation st which they said they would not. No refunds issued at all. Scammers
