Taichifoundation.org

I have visited many Tai Chi schools, both in-person and online (and when I was younger, also other martial arts). Tai Chi Foundation is welcoming, accessible, trustworthy, and a good embodiment of the softness and strength of Professor Cheng Man-Ching. I have taken classes with them in several cities across the US and Europe over decades. They have always been friendly and have displayed integrity. Their focus is on health and well-being, The school has many 5-Element TCM physicians as well as good Sword and meditation teachers.
