I live in kalamazoo. Went to dowagiac taco bell. Ordered a steak and cheese burrito only steak and cheese with creamy jalapeno sauce and got jalapeno peppers. Call store to tell them about mistake and they said I ordered that way. Hmmmm. So there telling me I font know what I ordered. Bull. Talked to two people one store managers. Told me I got what I ordered. Told him I did not or I would not of called. Don't go there they don't care about service just your money... im also calling there corporate office. Like that makes a difference.

First of all, my wife wanted coffee, it is on the menu. They said that they were not making any. My wife ordered the chicken melt for $1.90 and I ordered 3 small taco's with a drink. The food was horrible. There was little to no meat or vegetables in either one. We felt like we were eating a flour tortilla with a cream filling and nothing else. The cost of our meal could not be more than $1.50 and we paid $9.00. The presentation was disgusting and the employees acted like they did not care. You need to wake up losers.
