I'm still waiting on items from the orders ******* and ******* I've continued to attempt contact and have had no luck at first I understood due to Covid there were difficulties, but eventually there were no response emails and that's frustrating I spent over $600 with this company and haven't received my orders in full this is not ok.

Next to impossible to contact anyone its really gone down hill in the past month. I don't see what Covid has to do with not being able to answer the phone!
