I placed an order for several items on 15 May and to date have not received any items, however my credit card has been charged for the items, can you expedite my items it has been over one month, which should be plenty of time to ship!

One day I logged in and spent considerable time selecting saltwater terminal tackle and I added all the items to my cart. Then I logged out. I logged back in and my items were still there. I wasn't ready to purchase THAT DAY. I came back a week or two later when I was readhy to pay and somebody emptied my shopping cart! All that time wasted! I was very unhappy. So I spent MORE TIME shopping again for saltwater terminal tackle. The items I added to my cart were listed as in stock. I checked out and paid for my purchases. THEN I FIND OUT NOT ALL THE ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AND YOU HAD THE NERVE THE CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD! I'm not EVER shopping on your site again. YOU TOTALLY BLOW! How dare you charge my card BEFORE YOU EVEN SHIP and THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME ITEMS I PURCHASED AREN'T IN STOCK. Go blow!
Only received half of my order, 2 Cush it rod cushion's never came.
I received my new 7' Betts net and I'm very pleased with your prices and delivery promptness. After maybe 50 or more practice casts in my yard, I noticed several bad places where the net has separated. Although I could've attempted a repair, I'd rather have a replacement.
I emailed you and your response made me feel like you'd take the net back holding your nose. That really didn't sit very well with me as a first-time customer. I learned my lesson on 'new and unused' returns. It made me reconsider ordering from you in the future.
Answer: Yes, other companies I have used for online purchases are much better with communications and customer service.
