The shopping and checkout experience were all fine, but after creating an account clicking 'Login' at the checkout screen did nothing. I'm still not sure if I received any reward points. Other than that the experience was no big hassle.

4 not 5 stars - why?
There are incomplete descriptions on a lot of items that have very important (to me) details such as lure length, sinking vs. floating, hook sizes on premade rigs, etc. I think this stuff could be had from the manufacturer and just pasted in the description.

Very nice company! I got a call back when i requested one and the fellow was very accommodating. I just wish that when you order an Egift card from them, you could choose the date you want it delivered!

Finally decided to pull the trigger on these rods.I have purchased several rods from Tackle Direct and most of them were packaged correctly.On my last order I ordered 2 rods and one of the rods guides was broken.Instead of sending it at more costs to me I had it repaired.I just don't think that it broke in the shipping tube.I think that it was shipped broken.
