Ordering was fine. Still waiting for a response after 3 emails regarding a return label. It's been over 30 days and still nothing back regarding return label.

Working with Tackle Direct is always awesome. Even during the pandemic I received my order quickly.
Still waiting on a rod and a reel from 1 month ago. Never received any confirmation. I wrote multiple emails...never got a response.
They tried to contact derp blue marine regarding my order but I have to feedback from what is happening now.

I reached out to you asking if I could deny shipment but you never replied in time so I ended up having to pay $90 in order to ship a rod back that I wanted to return which seems like a lot of money.

So far most of the things that i order are right on point. The sizing of some items should be more detailed. Also maybe have a way to chat with someone online about a combo idea for rod and reel

Finding what i needed was fine, but at checkout there was a glitch saying my credit card number didn't match. I tried the card 4 times, and even tried another card, with the same results. I finally had to go through amazon to process my order.
Terrible customer service sent five emails and no one answered. I called all the available phone number and no answer. Finally I had to drive 2 and a half hours to the store to return a product after 27 days of no answer
