I have responded to Tackle Direct three times and have yet to receive a reply sa to how I can return the items for the correct ones. Thus, I filed a protest with the card company.
As promised, I have filed a dispute with Capital One in the amount of $132.47. You should notice it taken from your checking account in a few days. If you will reply to this email with return/credit directions, I will be pleased to return the two reels immediately, via Priority Mail. Allen

I have emailed you twice regarding the information and order information below. I have had no reply. My desire to return/exchange the items doesn't seem complicated and I don't mind paying the shipping on the return. I can't believe that you are so busy that I can't get a reply in over two weeks.
If I hear nothing from you by Thursday I will file protest with Capital One, which will result in you being charged for the amount of my charge as it is returned to me and then having to spend time explaining your position to them, which will be worthless, given my desire to return the items for credit, but needing return authorization.
Please make this easy and just tell me what you want me to do to return the items in exchange for what I need so we can get this over and done with. Thanks, Allen

Hi:
When I placed the order I indicated I wanted the 2500, front drag series reels. I opened the box and have two 4000 series, which are far too big for our application. I checked the order receipt and it said 4000, but naturally, I didn't read it to pick up the error when I got it. I need to exchange these for two 2500 reels and if you are out of them, just return these for credit. Please advise of the exchange/return process and I apologize for the confusion. Allen
