Mosly good. Great prices and selection. Shipping a bit dodgy to Sweden but I think that is a problem of Sweden customs, not Tackle Direct.

The product came securely packaged and the customer service rep answered all of my questions prior to placing my order.

I placed a call for a gift card for my son-in-laws birthday, his favorite shop.

There was some glitch with the shipping system when I initially placed this order. After contacting customer service, they were unable to force the shipment, but instead placed a new order for me at no charge for the same items which arrived the next day. I did actually receive the original shipment eventually, but was given a return tag to send it back. TackleDirect's customer service is always top notch.

Easy site navigation and quick delivery!

My overall experience was ok, but 1 item could not be delivered and they never informed me about that situation and returned the money without any comment.
