I didn't open the "Tube" that the rod was shipped in until almost 6 weeks after I received it, when I did open it,I found that 6" of the rod tip was broken off. Since i was past the 30 day to return it,I didnt bother calling about it.
Tackle Direct is easy, except that my original order was split up into three different shipments, which I did not care for.
