My order was backordered. It took 3 phone calls to finally receive my order a month later. The last time I called it was finally corrected and the order was shipped.
Product in stock availability was off. When i ordered my product it said avalible and then i got an email saying out of stock and it took 3 weeks to get the other half of my order.
