I ordered the Troll-Master AR-1075 Hydrodynamic Release (Heavy Tension) because I needed this type of release for my center rigger's tagline. It's works perfectly!

Had a great experience with my first order from TackleDirect. I appreciate the updates regarding item availability and shipment. I had to contact customer service twice because one of the items ordered was unavailable and after I was refunded for said item. Customer service was great both times and was able to resolve the issue without any inconvenience on my part.

Was not informed at time of order that the product was not in stock. Product was ordered 2 weeks prior to going on vacation and needed the item before I left. If had know would not have placed order.

Product was as advertised

I missed the confirmation email. I sent a note inquiring about my order and was told it was being made and shipping shortly. I was notified of shipping and received my rods in perfect shape.
