I have ordered multiple times from Tackle Direct, only once I had an issue which they addressed immediately. I do recommend them to anyone looking for fishing gear.
I use Tackle Direct for all of my hard to find gear. Service is always excellent, fast and cost is always aggressive compared to competitors. Shipping exceeds my expectations being that I usually use economy. I thought it was the coolest thing when I was watching Wicked Tuna and seen a Tackle Direct decal in one of the captains boats. Tackle direct is great. I've been a customer for over a year now. Normally has everything I'm looking for at good prices. The delivery time is pretty quick. I've only had one minor problems since I've used this site, my last order had one item out of stock (I was emailed about it but wasn't told which item it was and didn't give me a choice as of what to do with it). But I sent an email to customer service and they were very cooperative and helped me out and once everything was sorted out I got everything within a few days. Would definitely continue to use tackle direct.
