This was a rod and reel for my grandson. He was thrilled with it. It worked great and looks very special.

Everything was delivered on time.

My order was on backorder for over 2 weeks and I finally called to find out the status. It's a good thing I did call because my order was cancelled and had I not called I never would have received my items.

I mistakenly order the wrong rod and customer service fixed it with no problem.

Great customer service. I recieved a 200 dollar reel by mistake in place of 25 dollar lures. I called and the exchange was made andcshipped to another address before a sceduled trip. Keep up the great work.
