A little confusing. Our interpretation of policy was if product not available in a period of time order would be canceled. After reordering at a later date, received confirmation that two orders were ready to ship. Was very satisfied with customer service when I called and explained it should only be one proxy and why it appeared two were ordered. Second product was cancelled and one was shipped and received in a very timely manner.

No rocket science here. Efficient, reasonably priced and well stocked. I live six hours from Saltwater but do a fair amount of fishing of the coast of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, NY and Delaware. Having access to a broad array of quality saltwater fishing gear is why I shop with you.
I purchased a three piece travel fishing rod for reef fishing in Belize. The rod broke with the first fish I hooked. It took me several weeks after my return to finally make return and refund arrangements. Otherwise, the process was satisfactory.
The reel storage case was at my house in half the time I expected. The case is well made and the price was lower than other ones I purchased.
