I was told I would receive a call as to the whereabouts of the items, and the order status. Never got that call.
Please add to your item description Shimano Ultegra C14+ 5500 and ******* have a manual bail. I thought my items were defective. Shimano should advertise these as the same so i don't fault tackle direct.
I called and spoke with some one at your store about the reels and they were very helpful and super nice. I will continue to order from you.

My order was for hooks. Half of the order arrived promptly. The second part of the order was back ordered. I contacted Tackle Direct and received an email with an estimated delivery date. The hooks arrived as promised.
