I ordered about 35 table clothes for my wedding a couple months ago. When I first received the boxes I opened one to check them out (there were 3 boxes), the color was perfect & everything seemed good. Last night I went to open all the boxes to iron them, since my wedding is in one week. One of the boxes was full of COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR table clothes. Of course I got right on live chat with customer service (since they do not have a phone number) and was told since my order was placed over 3 weeks ago they will not do anything but give me 10% off my next order to get the correct color. I have 17 WRONG COLOR table clothes and all they can do is give me 10%, no refund, no exchange, NOTHING to help. HORRIBLE COMPANY & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVE!
In reading the other reviews, I feel fortunate that I did not lose as much money as some. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and learned a valuable lesson. Do not order from this company! The customer service is terrible. I received damaged table overlays. I sent them clear pictures of the problems and they denied seeing anything wrong. I was offered a $. 30 refund and I told them to keep it. I vowed to tell as many people as possible not to use this company.
I did my order online and a month has pasted and still do not have my order and can not get a hold of anyone at the site. My family is in law enforcement and are interested in this. They say if you do not receive your items, contact law enforcement or UPS or FED X. If they had sent it with a tracking number, could of contacted UPS or FED x. They tell you to tract it which is impossible without a tracking number. They are a scam. The bank is involved now since my money was taken and the bank could not get a hold of them either. Would of rated worse if possible

I PLACED MY ORDER SINCE APRIL 28TH AFTER MANY EMAILS AND ONLINE CHATS, RECEICED 2 EMAILS 1ST ORDER WAS CANCELLED, REPLACE THE ORDER WITH SABRINA EXPECTING TO RECEIVED IT FRIDAY MAY 6TH, RECEIVED A 2ND EMAIL ON TUESDAY MAY 3RD AT 5:13 PM INDICATING MY ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER. BUSINESS LIKE YOURS GOD WILL DEAL WITH. I WILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY. I WAS 4 HOURS WITH LIVE CHAT. THIS ISNT A BUSINESS. I WILL MAKE SURE I GO THROUTH ALL THE PROPER CHANNELS TO FILE MY COMPLAIN AND THAT OTHR CUSTOMERS HEAR ABOUT YOU. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANYS WHO DOES THE SAME KIND OF BUSINESS LIKE YOURS, BE CAREFUL. I didn't realize this was the same company as Ya Ya Creations and Efavormart until I got my paid invoice after ordering so was nervous about my organza overlays actually arriving. Within 10 days I got 3 out of the 7 I ordered and contacted the company via the "chat" system on their website. It took about 30 minutes to convince the customer service person that I really didn't receive all of my order and within 7 days they shipped it out. I was extremely relieved. I did however initially order the wrong size and had them returned with my new order invoice to get a full refund and will let you know if that refund is not forthcoming. I expect it in about 4-6 weeks.
The quality was pretty much exactly what I saw on their website. I ordered the 85" chocolate swirl organza overlays. It wasn't super high quality as the satin edges weren't doubled up on both sides, which is fine my purposes anyway, and the swirling organza was really beautiful. I would definitely order from them again.
Refund Update:
I wanted everyone to know that I did receive my full refund within 4 weeks of sending back the incorrect size I ordered. My mistake and they still refunded my money. Although I did have to send them the order of the correct sized cloths in order to not have a large restocking fee charged. But all in all, I am very pleased.
