Wanted to remove a pass but instead the software replaced it, I requested a refund but was denied... DO NOT BUY, beware, I needed a way to remove a password from a vba file now that the software not working as advertised they try and rejected the refund claim, they have fishy policies on how the will do it... they need to inspect the pc that was installed on, like I ll give them access to my workstation... keep dreaming. Don t give them money.
SysTools didn't find all the files I was trying to recover, and when recovered put them in a different folder than I specified. When I requested a refund, the support rep was rude and refused to give me my refund.
Excellent support provided by Rob Lee in recovering my emails which I have deleted from my Outlook data files. I recommend SysTools products.
I am so disappointed with the decision not to refund my money after I explained that the product did not work satisfactory for my current needs. The website was advertising money-back guarantee within 30 days, which I followed but then I was told that I should have demo-ed the product first. When I made a second attempt on 12/16/2023 to get my money back, I explained that I was writing an unsatisfactory review. Customer Service asked if they could close the chat and forward it to the sales Teams via email. I agreed. Since then, no one has offered a refund, given me a refund or been in touch. In all fairness, I should have read all the reviews before purchasing but the information appeared to be a product that would take care of my needs. In the end, it did not. I would recommend that a potential buyer be certain about the purchase OR be willing to lose their money if it doesn't work. Buyer beware: there is no 30-day money back guarantee. And BTW, though the form is offered to leave a Customer Review it is not accepted...cannot submit.
After some days of trying to install the software, I got the refund arranged by mailing with the manager of the technical team.
I purchased the OSTCoverter software to convert a massive OST file I have to migrate. It failed twice, I contacted support who tried to fix it. They advised I should contact sales to ask for a refund. Even though they couldnt fix it, and their demo program worked before I purchased, they have refused a refund. Their software DID not work, and they couldn't fix it.
After getting stuck with a PST file password, I used the chat function and got in contact with RobLee.
Quickly discovered that the PST was corrupt. I was glad to have specialist holding my hand (and computer) to solve this problem. I thought I lost all of my information, but RobLee was able to recover all. Many many thanks. Very professional.
Fantastic online support Alan Thomas and quick to respond. Software works great aswell. Will recommend to other users needing there Gsuite mail package backed up.
I purchased SQLite database repair and the product wasn't working. The software had a problem and I was unable to save the file in the format I wanted. After reaching the support, they fixed the problem but the results were very poor. I had to pay for another tool that gave me a better result and they refused to issue a refund. I offered to help sharing the results I had with another tool, but conditioned to receive a refund for my purchase and they don't agree with that. They want me to help without sending a refund. Paypal also denied the claim because they can't verify the results. I will take the loss, but I will tell everyone they don't have intentions to make a good product, only take your money.
I have some problems with my excel files.
But the IT support (Rob Lee) is very helpful and responsive.

We got a license for SysTools Exchange Export and let me tell you, the software didn't work and the company is NOT standing behind the money-back policy.
They wanted us to troubleshoot the issues with their software and spend hours even after the project was done(manually). Not a good copmany to deal with.
I have been using this tool since 2017 and works like magic, it helps you convert and organize your unarranged contacts email and phone numbers from different unfriendly file formats for your mobile and mailbox use. If you are in active business, managing data files and have not use this tool you're missing a lot. Try it and save many time.
In August I bought the SYS Tools combo of software and the PDF Unlocker works great, but I have replaced my old laptop with a new one and the activation code will not work, and their support never answers my messages and they do not seem to have online support. I am not sure how to rate them; the software worked great, but their support stinks. I'll give them a 3.
They offered to honor their refund policy only if I removed a poor review on TrustPilot. Please see the attached screenshot. Save your time and avoid this company. Buggy software and zero accountability.
EDB Converter opened the EDB file but the search feature would not work. Multiple requirements are not listed in their documentation. After several weeks of troubleshooting I requested a refund. They refused to acknowledge the refund request, instead continued to ask the same questions over and over. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Bought a PST viewer/converter from them, and in addition to being pricey, it was so slow in its conversion process that I resorted to getting a competing product. The end result wasn't as good (in terms of how the exported files were organized), but it got done in the same amount of hours that ~20% took for the SysTools software.
And good luck trying to use their "30 day money back" thing. THEY fully decide what your rights are, in my case it was determined that I hadn't sought enough support from them in resolving my issue, so after just a single mail stating that (arriving two weeks after my refund inquiry e-mail, and only after I had contacted the payment provider), it was impossible to get ahold of them. In e-mail, they referred to their chat support, and in chat support they said their sales department would be in touch. Complete silence. Tried contacting chat again after over a week - same thing, "sales dept. will be in touch", and followed by weeks of silence.
After spending around $100 for a 1yr software license, I had hoped for better support than this. Much better.
I purchased the SysTools product. The "trial" version did not show my files that I needed to recover, but I thought that the pay version might. It had a 30 day guarantee, so I thought why not. Well, when the files did not show, I asked for a refund. It was rejected. So, in my view, their integrity, product and customer service are crap. Wil never recommend this product.
This company based out of India (I'm from the same country too although located in the U.S.) did not honor their 30-day money back guarantee on their Gmail Backup product even though the product was unable to backup all the emails.
I spent close to 5 hours with their L1 and L2 technicians with screen-sharing using Teamviewer but they could not fix the problem. We tried backup 3 times but their product would crash each time.
Then they wanted to continue to debug their software on my time on the 4th day, when I said I need a refund and could not waste more time. Then, they completely stopped replying to my emails and never gave the refund.
Prior to this product, I had MBOX convertor but that too didn't work. When I exchanged this with the Gmail Backup, they would not refund the $10 difference.
The owner(s) of this company are greedy and cheats.
Partially working products, company doesn't honor 30-day money back
I purchased their AWS Workmail backup tool... failed right away and couldnt logon to the email account. They didnt know AWS had multiple regions. Then the tool couldnt pull the folders and they fixed that. Then the product locked up completely when doing a backup... it pulled 2 emails a minute. I had 2700 email after 24 hours and needed to backup 7500... that is 3 day run time... I spent 5 hours getting to this point and they want me to keep debug the product with them. And the 2700 had many entries that werent the date range I specified. Here is the reply I get after telling them 3 I dont want the product. They think I owe them becuase they fixed bugs in their product.

This company is a scam
I should have read these comments before i bought their ssssh tools. I requesteda refund because the tool didnt do what it says it will do and then they tell me that it doesnt count because the tool works and I should have seen the problem in the trial version, but the trial version locks a lot of the options. So whats the point?
Also all those reviews they have on their site are fake. I reverse-imaged those pictures and they are all stock pics with fake reviews.
Answer: It does have "real" products and thus a legit company. But it has very bad business practices which make it impossible to get your money back.
