Awful customer service. Website impossible to log on and navigate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL MAKE T IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS OR COMTACT THEM TO SCAM YOU OUT OF LATE FEES. A complete and total rip off and waste of your time.

Two year's illegally assessed interest (3 different accounts without results) to no interest contract from Living Spaces Furniture in Plano Texas. Do not do business with Synchrony Bank or Living Spaces.

I received notification from my Credit Reporting Agency that my QVC Credit Card was cancelled. (Synchrony Bank) I called and was informed they close accounts if you haven't used it in 24 months. No notice given! I am not a huge shopper but I didn't know I'd be punished for it. Unless you shop QVC regularly, use another card, don't fall for the "We can offer you $50.00 credit if you open an account ". Closing accounts does bring your credit score down.

Synchrony is a bank that issues private label credit cards. I applied for a Lowe's credit card online and was rejected because they couldn't get a credit report on me. I forgot that I locked them down to prevent fraud. So, I reapplied and got an automatic reply that I was rejected again because I reapplied too soon. So, I called customer service and was told to reapply online and then call customer service back. I did that and the rep I spoke to told me I was denied again but she wouldn't tell me. A few days later, I got an automated reply that I had reapplied too soon. So, I am done with them. I would also suggest NEVER getting a credit card from a retailer that promises a big discount on your first purchase. The bank behind that card is likely Synchrony. It just isn't worth it.
