This website is fraudulent, selling electric beauty products that are non-compliant with UK regulations. I bought an IPL device that was delivered with no markings, branding, serial number, or anything that proves it passes safety standards in the UK.
Though it has a. co.uk domain name, the base is in China and any requests for returns are directed to their Chinese address. Anyone wishing to return an item is required to pay postage, duties and taxes to return them. This is NOT clarified in any Returns and Refund Policy on the website, which remains silent with no detail given unless one asks by email. Customer service is blind and deaf to the realities presented to them, despite numerous emails requesting a return for a full refund including postage due to non-compliant products, they ignored their legal duty to abide by the Consumer Rights Act and only then did they disclose that their return address is in China, expecting customers to pay for postage, duties, taxes, which they say may well be more expensive than the product itself! This website must be clamped down on and totally shut and its owner prosecuted for fraud.
