This is my experience with Swiss Time Co/ Switico from Neuchâtel./ Switzerland. I bought an Omega presented and declared by Swiss Time as 2025 or similar.using a Chrono24 website. After 23 days (instead of 15), I received a watch imported from Japan with serial number *******, revealing a production date of 2011 — a 14-year-old watch. Swiss Time explained that this is not a problem because I received a guarantee card dated 2025. Chrono24 says the seller is not violating their policy, so it seems that an old watch can be sold as new without any objections! I refused this transaction, but I had to pay all the shipping costs over 180 euros for nothing. Always ask for serial numbers before buying any watch, and double-check what you receive from Swiss Time.otherwise You may get an 14 years old instead of new like me. It seems they assume buyers will not check serial numbers and will send old stock. Be careful with this shop.
