Ordered the watch1/19/2023, wired the money per instructions 1/20/2023. Sent email to confirm wire was received 1/22/2023. No response second email asking to confirm wire was received 1/24/2023. Sent email asking for confirmation that wire received and ETA for shipping the watch 1/30/2023 received email asking if the money was returned to my account. I emailed that it was not returned 1/31/2023. I sent email 1/31/2023 asking to ship the watch or refund money by end of week no response. I emailed asking was the watched shipped or money returned 2/6/2023 no response. Filing complaint with NY DOJ consumer protection. Very disappointed
