I have shopped Swanson since 1990, and everything was fine UNTIL, they got bought by a Venture Capitalist, Swander Pace Capital, https://www.spcap.com/ then they started going downhill.
I had a customer service experience that did not go well over $3! One price on the site, a different price on the invoice. Called them and got a bunch of mumbo jumbo where they tried to bamboozle me over $3, and she even said to me, "it's ONLY $3", yeah, but it's MY $3!
My coq10 that I've bought for over a decade suddenly does not have 100% orange powder inside the capsule, now it's orange with white mixed in. I emailed them to express my concerns, that was almost 2 months ago, still NO response.
I'm looking for a new vitamin company after 30 years of buying from them. I spend a lot with them, my order is usually $100 every other month, and I have gotten a lot of people to start buying from them.

Ordered 2 Jarrow eps 25 million probiotics 30 caps from Swanson Vitamins in February 2020. Looked at the date and they were set to expire Oct 2020. I opened them and after the fact I called and said they sent me a product with a 8 month window of expiration. First of all they had no record of my purchase no where in the system so I had to find the invoice. Was transferred and ended up speaking to a specialist and after putting me on hold multiple times said I had to send a unopened package back. I said ur kidding me right amid a pandemic. Other than that there was nothing he would do for me. I said well not happening the pack is open and He said ok there's nothing he could do. I said I would just make a review on this company and he said ok that's fine.
