Great way to get free gift cards! The time to take the survey varies, some are good, alot seem to be repetitive questions. Most of the time it seems to say I don't qualify for the survey, which I dont understand after answering so many questions and spending quite a bit of the time on the survey and then only receiving 1sb. However, to spend a little time here and there to receive free gift cards is great! Although, it takes quite a bit of time to get enough SB dollars to redeem a gift card. I have only been able to redeem 1 gift card so far, but did not have any issues redeeming, recieving or using my gift card!

Awesome website and a great way to make you some extra money! I've been using the the apps and the website for about 4 years now with steady earnings since the beginning.

I would not recommend Swagbucks to anyone based on the way it is today (November 2019).
When you set up an account with Swagbucks, it asks you some (not a lot) of personal information questions. You're going to be doing surveys, you assume that information is going to be used to match you up with surveys from their clients because no one wants to waste their time. However, not enough information is requested by the Swagbucks system and the information they do have clearly isn't relayed to the survey database.
I have spent an entire evening filling out QUALIFYING QUESTIONS an never actually got to complete a survey for points. And you see the exact same set of qualifying questions over and over which clearly have nothing to do with the actual survey because when you do get to a real survey, it's a completely different website and design! Clearly they're not connected.
I'm so fed up with repeatedly putting in my date of birth (and it says they'll use this to "find me a survey" you should already have a survey you want me to do!) My age and / or my exact Date Of Birth. My sex. My zip code and then they'll ask what state and / or county I live in. My zip code should tell you! But again, the survey should have already been filtered through my account to be a proper match for me BEFORE it even showed up in my list! Let's continue My salary. Relationship status. How many people live in my house?. My Etnhicity followed by the Hispanic question god I hate getting that one I'm white!. The amount of my investments (why is this important?). How many people work at my company (why is this important?). Do I have any pets. What is my political affiliation? (seriously if it's not a survey about politics why do you need this?) what kind of car do I drive when will I be buying a new car The survey system should already know all of those things about the user but it obviously doesn't so you spend 20 minutes doing qualifying questions and never get to the real survey because you get kicked out and you don't know why and you got no points for your time.
And when you do get to run through an entire survey, they'll "close" or end abruptly without telling you it's complete and how many points you're getting.
I've told them that somebody needs to reinvent this system because it's horribly annoying and not a productive use of my time (and I really do want it to be because I like doing most of the surveys!) and it's for all those reasons all those annoying reasons that I would not at this time recommend Swagbucks to anyone else.

I've been with swagbucks for a few years now. They are a very attentive site with procedures for submitting concerns about offers and earning Swagbucks. They have MANY ways to earn, so if you aren't really into watching videos then you can do offers... if you aren't into offers you can watch videos. Lots of promotions and always a good deal on a percentage back on purchases at very popular store. It's a very nice site to navigate. Lots of SB to be made :)
