I've been a member of Swagbucks for many years, and my daughter was a member long before me! She convinced me to join, and I'm so glad. It gives this old man something to do. LOL

I've seen a lot of people make comments on other sites or complain that Swagbucks is a scam because they aren't making money as fast as they want. That simply is not true. Basically 1 SB (Swagbuck) is equal to 1 penny, so 100 SB is equal to $1.00. There are sweepstakes you can enter for a few SB, but my daughter and I, we are gift card people. To get a gift card, you need to earn at least 300 SB. I try to hold out for the $5 or $10 cards if I can. For me, the quickest way to earn SB is to take a survey. This also happens to be the most frustrating part of the process. Sometimes you can try many times and not qualify for the surveys, but that isn't Swagbucks fault! Surveys can also take quite a while to finish, longer than they claim, but the payout is sweet! You can shop and earn SB for things you want to buy anyway, and you can go into their Discover area and get mega SB for trying out new things. All in all, these things take Time. The more you invest in it, whether it be time or money, (I've never spent anything) the more you will get.

Swagbucks replaces the need to use different sites or apps to make extra money. Through swagbucks, you can earn by watching short videos, shopping at almost any retailer (in-store and online), printing coupons, buying certain items for rebates, taking pictures of your receipts from almost anywhere, searching the web, answering surveys, discovering new sites and apps, playing games and more. They also have all the promo codes that any other site has and with the Swagbutton, they even apply them for you while you're shopping online. They also host a trivia game Monday-Thursday@ 8PM EST called SB Live which has become a part of my weekly routine because it's just that awesome. But before discovering Swagbucks, I was using 1 site to watch videos in order to earn rewards, another site to earn cash back on my purchases, multiple rebate/reciept apps, apps that reward you to play games, sites that had promo codes, sites to print coupons and more but Swagbucks offers all of those on one site so its definitely my favorite now of all other money-making sites, apps, programs, or companies.

This is a great site to engage if you are a shopper or wish to earn gift cards through their various watch videos, answer surveys and other activities. I have used it at times daily and extensively and at others when busy working I have used it as my go to through the shop links for all of my online orders to at least get those points for something I would purchase anyway. Even using it that simple way, points ad up so quickly for your choice of store or visa gift cards.
I have seen when searching Swagbucks online on search engines results where I catch a phrase like its a scam as the subject title - but I have been with this site for years now, and they are a great group of people and no it is legitimite and they also try to have various team activities to also make it interactive between users and a bit of group feel of fun. Overall I enjoy the opportunity to have this site available to me.
