Enjoy earning and love the Swagbucks bonus days. However, there are some inconsistencies i. E. did not receive Swag bucks for dowloading and getting to level in games and for shopping. I haven't submitted a help ticket because it's very difficult to find where. I like the surveys, it's work, and some days it works better than others. Great benefits but a lot of work.
Honestly, before I got this app, I accused this of being a scam, but I checked my Paypal after redeeming some gift cards and I actually got paid. For a free money app, this is actually very generous. It pays you to do a variety of things, such as taking surveys, exploring content, playing games, etc. I found it very efficient to earn money by taking surveys since you earn at least one cent for every survey you take (you would usually earn 20 or more cents if your survey took a while longer). With this, I am able to earn a few dollars each day. I personally do not recommend exploring content/watching videos though since you have to wait a long time (sometimes at least 15 minutes) just to earn a cent or 2. I also was not able to earn anything from the offers or games yet so I do not know how well those work. Obviously though, do not expect to get rich or even be able to get minimum wage from this app. This app should only be used to give a slight boost to your current income.

it could be improved-for example i have tried to play the swagbucks games numerous times the past 3 months and they do not work-they need to be fix badly (swagosaurus run) or deleted. also i should not have to sign up for the grocery app to load stuff to my grocery list (this makes it impossible for me to complete the todo list -which is unfair). Swagbucks needs major improvements.
