I have been using swagbucks for several years. And have been getting a variety of gift cards. It's just so easy to earn them.
I love that you can download apps and games and get Swagbucks for it. I just don't like how slow they come in like I order a gift card and it doesn't come till a week later.
Like the fact you can use points for gift cards or visa cards but getting is pain if they lose password you can't new one I have tried two days to get my $10 visa card can't get it an can't get a new one because they don't send me a link to do it.
Swagbucks is a great cash back app. I love it so much. I just started using it for the past couple of months and am loving it. But the customer service is a bit headache sometimes. It took a long time for getting updates. This is the reason for 4 stars

I've utilized quite a few rebate apps and this one has made it to my top two! I heard about Swagbucks many months ago but I'm not sure what took me so long join and give it a try. I am certainly glad that I did. The validation process is pain free and so is obtaining a reward. Swagbucks has truly swept me off of my feet. Good job guys.

I dont qualify for a lot of the surveys but when I do it usually pays well. If you get it, don't save points for cards, save them for the sweepstakes
I like the offers that Swagbucks have, they give a higher chance of rewards from searching than most reward loyalty programs do. They have a Swago promotion every so and so and they also have ncrave offers and reward redemption discounts. The only thing that sucks is that their survey dashboard got disabled and customer service won't help me resolve that.

Swagbucks is nowhere near as classy as, say, YouGov for completing surveys, but it's definitely got the scope and reach to provide a decent chance at earnings. I've just recently started using it for taking surveys (and none of the other potential gimmicks). Sure, I get rejected from 80+% of them, but there's so many opportunities that I always end up with a couple I'm able to complete. Based on the "spammy advertiser" nature of the site, I was expecting far worse, so I'm pleasantly surprised with what I've been able to earn without too much effort since joining. Lastly, I know there are a lot of 'moving parts' in a service like this, but there have been a lot more errors than I would have expected.
Swagbucks is one of the best sites out there for making money on the side by answering surveys. From my personal experience, I was able to get ~$50 in under a week's time. With this kind of extra cash on the side, I was able to redeem it for a virtual Visa card, which I used to buy games and items, etc.
The only problem with the site, however, is that many of the surveys don't apply to you, which can be frustrating at times. Now, I know that this is supposed to be normal, but I'm not talking about that. I get booted out of many surveys before I even get to attempt it. I would receive a message like "It seems you have already taken this survey", or even more annoyingly, "Oops, this can't be right".
With that aside, the site is amazing. It has a better reputation than many other sites and gets the job done well. I would give it a 5/5 rating, but they're going to have to fix this problem first.

I can't give five stars because some of the surveys keep on and on and then stop and say it isn't a winner and give 1 pt. I do enjoy the surveys that go to completion.
