Swagbucks presents a mixed reputation among its users, with some customers appreciating the variety of ways to earn rewards, such as surveys and games. However, significant concerns dominate the feedback, particularly regarding account deactivations, unresponsive customer service, and delayed payouts. Many users report frustration over not receiving compensation for completed surveys and feeling misled about earning potential. The overall sentiment leans towards dissatisfaction, with a notable number of users warning others against investing time in the platform due to perceived scams and inadequate support. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its customer service and reliability.

I really like swagbucks. I have earned multiple giftcards just by taking surveys. The only thing I do not like is I will finish a survey and yet I dont get any points. That had happened a few times and that is annoying.
It's easy to use, but constantly being DQ'd from surveys is very frustrating, especially when sometimes a good amount of time is wasted on them
Enjoy using. Have a few problems with watch. You view a good number of videos than it states that the next to view has been removed. So can't earn any SB. Very frustrating
Trustworthy and great place to earn cash or gift cards. Other survey sites are choppy and unpredictable. Swagbucks is #1
I love swagbucks! It's an easy way to discover great deals and earn extra money. I want swagbucks daily to buy the things I want and need.
After earning enough swagbucks I redeemed them for a gift card and it was delivered to my e-mail on the date it was supposed to. I have not had any problems with this survey site.
Swagbucks is a great way to turn wasted time being bored into time spent earning gift cards or money for things you will buy anyway, or to save for sun purchases or vacations.
It's a no-brainer! Test products watch videos make money! Amazon gift cards from getting Swagbucks from shopping on sites that I already shopped on before. It's easy and fun!
I like how everything on the site is easy to do and passes the time. I like that you can earn free rewards as well
I enjoy swagbucks, I can't always do the surveys but I try. This is a great search engine and the points are good.
Why not do something useful with free time and earn free money. It's easy and not hard to earn. While you are spending you also get rewarded
I once watched a viral video clip of a wacky, little, towheaded toddler and after forty three seconds I had one quarter (1/4) of a swagbuck! After forty seconds of commercials I watched that same crazy, little imp paint the floor and stairs black again! Ten minutes later, or 7 rewatches, and while I'm now confused as to why the mother finds the child's resultant denial cute, I officially have two full swagbucks. Sweet.
Now, at the most I can only cash in on that cute guy seven times a day for fourteen swagbucks. If things start moving smoothly with the adverts, I may be able to get those fourteen swagbucks in one hour of hands free, minimal attention required, "work". Mind you, during that hour I am completing other, no video required, earning opportunities if I feel the desire.
If I just watch that f@$king spoiled, bratty, British tw@t of a kid for 71,425 more days, or the next 196 years, I'll earn 1 MILLION swagbucks. If I spend eight hours a day, I can cut that down to 1 MILLION swagbucks in about 25 years. Not so shabby.
Except a swagBUCK is only worth $0.01. One friggin peny. Twenty five years watching videos eight hours a day, every day of the year of my life, without fail, for 10,000 dollars. Four hundred dollars a year for how many hours of YOUR life?
How persistent are you? This is a simple, but accurate, estimate from my own time data sets. Do you earn those videos in half the time?
Persistence can be a virtue. Don't be swaggered into making it a vice. Think about how you spend you time. I'd pay 14 cents for an hour of fresh air.

Trustworthy and a lot of fun! I'm not going anywhere! I'm hooked and love the variety you offer.
I like swagbucks because I get to choose from a lot of rewards but I get screened out too many times. Also, sometimes after I take a survey I don't get my points, the system acts like I never took it even when I've completely finished it. Lastly, I like to cash in my rewards the same day like I'm able to do on surveyjunkie. I do not like having to wait for my e-gift cards.
This site is just OK when it comes to earning rewards. However, you need to be very careful as to what you click on or it can all go south on you. NEVER click through without having checked for problems. Best to have your anti-virus or malware active so that if they send you on an unsafe journey you can avoid getting trapped in a virus laiden site. Also, after every use, scan your computer just to make sure you clean out anything that has been planted that could put you at risk. They are hard to gain rewards through for that very reason. They try to keep you on site as possible. So cash in your rewards as soon as you qualify and be sure to scan incoming emails from them for Malware.
This site doesn't do scams as one may expect and keeps up with the demands of a person earning swagbucks
It took me about two weeks to generate a $25 Amazon gift card which was great to use towards a purchase. If you do the math you would make on average like $3 an hour ONLY IF there are enough surveys to participate in. You would need to be a fast reader and survey taker to make more. I still use it in between other things. I check it daily in passing. There are a TON of options for gift cards though, so that is a plus. It takes about a week to get the gift card.
Actually works. You earn free gift cards and they have a great selection. The surveys aren't too lengthy and you get a decent amount of swagbucks for the time allotted on the survey.
I like amazon and its great to get and earn gift cards. I have been shopping for 10 yrs with them now and get a lot of items. And your program offers a lot of items to. That's what I like.
Answer: They are definately legit been a member for many years and have earned over 70,000 swagbucks been paid many times with no problems also use there swagbutton with no problems
Answer: It is real cash, since you can have the payment through PayPal or Visa cards. They're not going to just deposit into a bank account.
Answer: Each point is a penny. So if you want a $5 gift card you need 500 Swagbucks. My only recommendation is don't get the Visa cards. All other cards work easily online or in store. Visa never seems to be accepted anywhere.
Answer: No, it won't steal your personal data. It's perfectly safe.
Answer: Got to $28 rather quick but the next $2 i need to cash out IS TAKING FOREVER!
Answer: You need to earn swagbucks to get a gift card. As few as 300-500 swagbucks will get you a gift card (worth $3 - $5). Better gift cards are available for more swagbucks.
Answer: Either way. Some gift cards are physical cards and are mailed and some are online.
Answer: "... the page disappeared..."? If this is about getting a bonus for using the Search function, the page doesn't disappear; it sits there until you move off it. A couple times, I have moved off a page before realizing there was a Search bonus. I hit the Back button on my browser & input the code, no problem. Of course, if you don't respond in a timely manner, the bonus expires. (I think it's around 3 minutes, but I'm not certain.) Also, if you input a non-matching code, you'll get a new code, but only 2x (3 chances in total). Are you maybe talking about a SwagCode? That's a bonus that appears on an otherwise normal page. And again the page doesn't disappear. If you take too long, you get an expired notice in the SwagCode box, but the page remains.
Answer: Many giftcards are sent electronically. Some are within a few hours, others can take a few days. How well they pay depends on which activity you're referring to and also how much time and effort you devote to earning. Some activities are USELESS, like watching videos - you watch 15 30-second videos and are only paid 2SB, the equivalent of 2¢. For 7.5mins, that's asinine! However, some of the activities, like the surveys, in-store shopping/receipt upload and games (such as Swago) can offer a great bonus here and there.
Answer: You never get paid from there discovery items, huge scam
