Swagbucks isn't perfect, but I have earned easy money by using it. At first I tried to earn money by surveys, videos, etc and it became too time consuming. Now, I will browse through the special discover deals they have, use the shopping portal, answer the daily question, and use the search engine. I need a search engine anyways, so I might as well be getting paid to search the web! And I always look before ordering something online in the shopping portal. This has been the easiest way to use Swagbucks for me, and it's fun discovering deals! Usually redeeming gift cards is easy, but I recently had a negative experience where they would not let me redeem my gift card till i sent them a picture of my state id card. This felt like a violation of privacy, but since I had over $60 to redeem, I sent them the info covering up personal details not needed. I think this is unnecessary and customer service took a while and many emails reaching out to them for the situation to be resolved. It was eventually resolved and I have been able to redeem my swagbucks for gift cards without hassle again. Overall it's a pretty cool website, but they need to make redeeming the gift cards easier and customer service needs to be a little more on top of things. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try! Once a month you can redeem a $25 gift card for only 2200 Swagbucks, basically giving you $3 free. I always try to do that because the $3 adds up!

I love that I can earn gift cards for places I normally shop, like Amazon, and there are many ways to earn the "swagbucks" needed to get them. But the surveys are very repetitive as each one asks questions to see that you are who you say you are, and then you find out that you aren't really the demographic they're looking for so you only get 1 or 2 SB instead of the larger payout you expected. That gets frustrating when you only have time to answer a small handful of surveys. A dedicated person, however, could probably rake in the SB like crazy.

Great way to add some extra cash for your household. Being able to choose your rewards with many options help you to find the items you need plus is very convenient when shopping and getting sb at the same time.
I like to use it when I shop on line which is quite often. Other than that I don't mess around with the other stuff on the site.
I am a long time member and have noticed a lot of problems with games, watch and survey's which affect my time and payout from Swagbucks. None of these play properly and I just get off for the day. I will say I really enjoyed Swagbucks before all the problems. Hope it is fixed soon. I don't want to leave permanently!
Hard to earn rewards unless shopping. Surveys ask repetive questions wasting valuable time to then be rejected from a survey.
There is a lot of problems with Swagbucks. One: Gift cards are not instant. You have to wait days. Two: Survey's you basically need to take screenshots of the survey number and through out the survey and the very end "just in case" it won't credit. Three: most of the regular items to get points have malware in them. Four: It takes a long time for points to add up. I left years ago, but recently came back to see if it had changed. Nope. Luckily I've found other sites that are much better than Swagbucks. So I will be gone again, hopefully when I return it will finally change.
I like looking at swag bucks and doing the surveys. It would be nice if you got more swag bucks for each survey.
I love Swagbucks. The reason is its ease of use. You can pick all the activities you want or you can just use it a little. I love using it to earn extra gift cards for my children. When they have done something great and I feel like they should get a little extra reward, I simply cash in some points. It's so simple even I can use it and I am not what you would call tech savvy.
Swagbucks has a number of fun ways to earn points called SB's (swagbucks) from completing surveys to playing a trivia game called swag IQ to shopping and many other fun things. Love the variety and entertainment.
