First you need to know this site WILL NOT make you rich! You can however with a little work you can make enough to get maybe $25-$30 maybe even more a month. First yes the surveys take WAAAAAY longer than listed. Sorry it's not gonna take 5 min, 9 min, etc you should probably double or even Triple the time that is listed as "estimated" time to complete. Also you get bucks WAY FASTER if you use the site like Ebates, where you earn SB/$ spent for your NORMAL online purchases. Example if you are going to buy something from Amazon, J. C. Penneys, Walmart, etc. click on the link through SB to earn on purchases you were already going to make. Also if you see an offer to purchase something that might interest you try it out... So yes it's a cool site but you have to know how to use it and what to expect. Use ALL features not just surveys cause to be honest most you won't "qualify" for and sometimes you won't find out till you wasted 10-15 minutes of your time filling out screening questions to get "sorry unfortunately..." For example I don't use every day, I don't do many surveys but I've managed to earn 3,600+ SB with about 7,000 pending in less than 30 days! Do know some offers through purchase sites you will not earn the SB for 30 days or so to allow time for returns. Give it a try but know this is only for some fun money not to supplement income!

Swagbucks staff sometimes take a bit to get back to you, but usually they solve any issues you may have. I have really no complaints about the staff, my complaint is the surveys. You can spend 15-20 minutes on a survey and then all of sudden get an error or a message that says "We have met our quota" or "Sorry, not everyone can be a winner" or "Sorry yo do not qualify." You know I don't mind the messages if within a minute or two, but many times it usually is when I spend 10 minutes or longer- that is IRRITATING! The companies, in my opinion, get all your information on the survey, and then disqualify you - a good way not paying us or swagbucks. Like I said though usually Swagbucks helps you, but sometimes it is just irritating and not worth the bother. I believe it is NOT swagbucks fault that all of it happens. Another irritating some of the offers you have to use your mobile phone to upload pictures. My phone cam rarely works, and I don't have a cable to transfer the data anyways. Why can't we just scan it with a scanner onto the computer.

Overall, if you have patience, you can earn some descent gift cards!

I was elated when I first started. But after a week, the same problems are occurring that occur with other survey sites... no credit given after survey complete... unreasonable time involved in getting disqualified. In the last 2 days, I have failed to receive over 100 SB for surveys that showed being completed on their last page. I will stay a while longer since they are still the best site I've tried. As for filing a complaint about surveys with them, it's almost impossible due to the way they have it set up. Good site if you stay patient.

Swagbucks has been pretty good to me, they have an okay amount of things to do for SB, and it doesn't take that long to be able to purchase your first gift card. Now where it lacks, the amount of time it takes to receive the gift card. The last 2 gift cards i redeemed have taken around 7 business days, It was an e delivery... Last, there mobile app needs work, and this one isn't even as much as swagbucks, but the side ones who use you guys (offertoro) have screwed me on there. I had an accoumy that spent forever getting my citadel to 11 and I do and ask them to verify and they did what they could to deny it. Still waiting to hear back from them
