Today i tried politely to resolve this matter. No go. Kept getting a lot of messages from 2 users. After one of them said she made "thousands and thousand of dollar", i looked up her profile. Her pic is of a swagbucks sign and the whole acct is fake. She is acting like a user but is an employee. How low can a company go. This shows they are out to screw people over
I had the good idea to go to swagbucks facebook page and say what i said here. First 2 responses were to be made to look like other users. Told me to do this and that. In my post i had already told them what i had done. So mentioned they should read first... wasnt too long till a swag buck admin came on. Same song and dance. I was polite and gave him what info i had, but reminded him i couldnt get anymore because my acct had been deactivated... now i am suppose to write a ticket/complain about that. Another week and not a single email or message. Folks i would stay away from this place... a lot of users are happy, but a lot more and more users are not
I used their site to sign up for hulu and receive $32. A no brainer. Hulu for $8 per month and i get $32 from swagbucks... after 2 weeks i filed a "ticket". Great response for 7 days and then nothing. After the 3rd day my account was deactivated. They want info to clear claim but i cant get logged in to get info. I cant claim existing moneys earn from surveys. Bait and switch? Thieves?
