Sometimes you start making a survey that said it will last only 10 minutes but in reality it will take 29. Sometimes after 10 minutes into de survey it will just say: sorry you didn't qualify and you will lose all those points even if you invest it all that time into the survey.

Took me a long time to get a reward, mainly because I didn't get on their website much. When I did get my points for a reward, I redeemed them and I got my gift card the same day. Very simple and easy.

Most survey redemption processes take too long to get payouts. With other survey companies, I have had to initiate multiple communications to request status and payout is always slow. Not with Swagbucks. They are great at verifying and paying you in a reasonable period of time.

Seems great on the surface but they never pay out or when they do they make it difficult and confusing. Be prepared to waste a half hour on a survey only to get nothing for it.
