I was contacted by one Patricia shroud of swag bucks llc, after I signed up, she sent me a check for 1900. 00 dollars that turned out to be fraudulent, she only communicates via text that in it self is questionable, it took days before i heard back from her the next was to set up a bank account that swag bucks would have access to wanted all information regarding the account i didn't do this so she asked for my saving account number with my bank so that she could deposit money in it for my next errand is what she called it, 1,000 dollars was deposited in to my empty saving account and i was given instruction to send 900 dollars of this money to some one in Nigeria via money gram, i attempted to do this but was told the person could not receive and more money, i informed Patricia and after some delay was told to send it via western union witch i did and was told to keep 100 dollars for myself, the transfer cost 16 dollars she said she would repay which she never has. Its been several days no contact from swag bucks until i wake up to them trying to remove 344.24 dollars from my savings account on Christmas eve i contacted my bank and stopped the debit attempt, this is just me story of my dealings with the lowlifes at swag bucks hasn't been good experience at all my advice is to stay away from these bottom feeders.

All I have to do is play games and i get swagbucks. Once every month, you get a discount on the $25 gift cards, so definitely buy those. The surveys are wack, but the mobile games are worth it, and if you don't get your swagbucks, you can report it and they will fix your amount asap!

I like that they offer multiple ways to earn points and get gift cards. I wish they offered a payout of points through deposit in a checking account like some other sites do, but all of the gift cards I have gotten work and are easy to use. Overall, taking the time to answer the surveys in my spare time is fun and I am able to buy things I normally wouldn't.

I have been with Swagbucks for over 8 years now and have redeemed my points for Paypal and Amazon gift cards. I use Swagbucks Website everyday! I have found the surveys do take a lot of time and 75% of the time I spend a fare amount of time and don't qualify. BUT I still find plenty of ways on the site to earn enough SB to get a $25 gift card at least ever 6 weeks. I do all my online searches, the daily poll, watch videos and purchase everything online that I can through the website. Grocery Coupons are a big part of my earning every month with points for printing and 10-25 cents back for every one redeemed. In addition to getting discounts on the gift cards, I never spend more that 2200 SB for a $25 gift card!
I like Starbucks the only thing I would change is I would make it easier to use PayPal. Other than that it's one of the best companies I have worked with
I spend a lot of time filling out surveys then getting told I don't qualify. That is annoying. But overall the website is good and the payout is decent. But could be better.
I like the concept of Swagbucks and I'm enjoying using it. I appreciate that there's isn't a set time that I have to use it and that I can do most of the things from my phone.
They refunded me twice with no problem, which is fine. But they said they couldn't do it anymore and I think the problem was theirs, not my own because nobody could have hacked into any of my accounts and taken my gift cards, it just kept giving "Already redeemed to another account" for 2 of the cards. I'm soon receiving my new gift card IF it works this time. If it doesn't then I guess I wont receive an actual gift card. On the plus side though, it took me less than a year just to get a $5 dollar gift card from the daily codes they give from face book or swag button. No surveys needed. I would recommend, but they're not too great at solving issues like mine.
