I love Swagbucks! I use it every day! I have earned several gift cards. It's really easy to earn them through just searching the web.
I enjoy participating in sb activities most of the time. Just the other day, my favorite videos that earned the most sb were taken off, and most other videos earn less. It takes 24 hours/day to earn even close to $1/day from watching videos which can be frustrating as they always freeze up and need to be reloaded a lot. I almost always have issues with getting sb credited to my account for most of their discover activities. I could go on and on about frustrating experiences with sb, but it does always feel good when any sb actually do get credited to your account, which then makes it an easy passive income. But the only way to really get more sb than participating in their activities is to buy products through their website, which most of us can't do on a daily basis every day! Their customer service needs a lot of improvement, as they no longer seem to resolve issues with uncredited sb anymore. Submitting tickets to them about the issues no longer seems to help like in the past when they credited most sb from submitted tickets. I now see they are limiting the time to turn in submission requests to 14 days also. At least retail stores still give consumers 30 - 90 days to return items!

Your not going to get rich. And somedays it can be aggravating when things don't work but on the days when it does its worth every second. It brings in extra money for things for our family that sometimes we wouldn't have otherwise. I would recommend to anyone.

Surveys are a joke but other than that just minor issues when it comes to clarity but some merchants will backdoor u with charges and very unclear how there system actually works. Like put a date when its going to charge your account again.
To many surveys where there collect so much of your info, THEN disqualify. They should ask their target questions right of the bat. Sneaky
Swagbucks is a great way to make easy money for doing very little. Some changes that could be made are in the surveys. Sometimes, there are no surveys that one qualifies for and it results in a waste of time trying to find surveys one can complete.
