Swagbucks presents a mixed reputation among its users, with some customers appreciating the variety of ways to earn rewards, such as surveys and games. However, significant concerns dominate the feedback, particularly regarding account deactivations, unresponsive customer service, and delayed payouts. Many users report frustration over not receiving compensation for completed surveys and feeling misled about earning potential. The overall sentiment leans towards dissatisfaction, with a notable number of users warning others against investing time in the platform due to perceived scams and inadequate support. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its customer service and reliability.

I have tried other survey sites in the past with little to no success. But I was immediately impressed with Swagbucks. Racking up points is easy, the surveys are fun (my favorite surveys are the ones where you watch pilots of major TV shows that haven't aired yet and rate them and give your opinion), and the points go far.
I have used my points to buy Amazon giftcards and VISA cards that can be used virtually or you can ask them to send you a physical card in the mail. The virtual cards can be used immediately and on any website as well as some physical stores. You can also transfer money into your bank account via paypal.
I also love that if a survey site messes up and your points are not added to your account after completing a survey, you can easily contact Swagbucks, tell them the survey number and they will add the points to your account usually within the hour!
And even if you click on a survey and don't qualify, they always give you 1 or multiple points just for trying. Most survey sites don't do that. Either you get all the points or none at all.
I love Swagbucks and have had zero issues with the site and I am glad I found it.
I would highly recommend the site to others who are looking for a little extra cash!
I've been scammed on so many offers because of some BS minuscule technical issues like ordering what should have earned me 2800 SB but I didn't get it because they said since I ordered it online, redeemed the offer through SB "but" since I picked up my order, I was not eligible. I do not recommend this site.
Swagbucks is an easy way to make a few dollars every month. I'm hopefully to up that amount soon though.
I have been a member for a couple of years now, and I've thoroughly enjoyed the Swagbucks polls, watch, and surveys. But over the months into a couple of years I've noticed that the surveys are getting harder to qualify for in order to score from them. Also, lately the watch surveys are requiring that you have to open a pop up in your browser instead of pulling up the information on the next page.
I think something else is required in order to access the watch section, for videos. It just seems that Swagbucks is getting a bit more technical now, and maybe it's for security reasons. But now I am simply using the daily polls, because while the bulk of my points were the surveys, they later became the 3 or 4 point watch videos. Now I'm just doing the daily polls, and I may eventually leave Swagbucks altogether.
I'm not willing to give up completely on Swagbucks because I still want to try to earn more points for some Amazon gift cards. However, if I can't get anywhere with what I'm doing, then it will become much like employment: If I can't get compensation for the time spent on this job, I'm going to have to terminate my employment and look for another job... or keep the second job I've had for a while, and make that my primary job now.
I have so much respect for Swagbucks: their surveys are more versatile in point value than most other survey sites, there are numerous way to earn points, and there are tremendous reward options, especially with gift cards. Their Customer Support team is wonderful.
Everyone's experiences are a little different, but... something's happened with Swagbucks.
Swagbucks is a great way to earn giftcards and customer support is usually pretty good. It takes some time, effort, and honesty to make good use of the site.
It's a great way to slowly save all year to offset the cost of Christmas. It isn't going to make you rich but every penny helps.
I love Swagbucks, my girlfriend and I compete to see who can get the most SB and then we redeem them to help with our bills.
Sometimes I will spend 15-20 minutes doing a survey and than it disqualifies me and only gives me 1 reward.
By doing surveys here and there and watching videos, you'll eventually earn enough to buy a little something for yourself either with a gift card or through PayPal. I see other people have had issues, but I've had nothing but a great experience with Swagbucks.
I really enjoy Swagbucks. Lots of good offers. It so easy to earn some extra cash. I have never had any problems what so ever. Thumbs up from me.
I enjoy my gift card a lot and to use it towards stuff i like is even better and reasonable to use and to due the surveys are fun to
This site is a very good way to earn gift card. I use it all the time. I have earn a lot of gift card.
Great site use this daily let's me save for things I need or to buy things very happy with this site
First off, customer service is tremendous. When I've had issues with things crediting to my account, they have responded and corrected any issues within a couple days. Can't say enough good about customer service at Swagbucks. Takes some time to find what works for you, but a great place to earn a few bucks for minimal effort. It's tougher to earn than it used to be, which is super frustrating at times, but it's still better than nothing.
I like swag bucks but they should give me more swag bucks. It's a good way to earn money in your free time.
I mainly use Swagbucks to buy giftcards at MyGiftCardsPlus. Buying them gets me swagbucks points that I use to mainly buy Amazon gift cards.
Answer: They are definately legit been a member for many years and have earned over 70,000 swagbucks been paid many times with no problems also use there swagbutton with no problems
Answer: It is real cash, since you can have the payment through PayPal or Visa cards. They're not going to just deposit into a bank account.
Answer: Each point is a penny. So if you want a $5 gift card you need 500 Swagbucks. My only recommendation is don't get the Visa cards. All other cards work easily online or in store. Visa never seems to be accepted anywhere.
Answer: No, it won't steal your personal data. It's perfectly safe.
Answer: Got to $28 rather quick but the next $2 i need to cash out IS TAKING FOREVER!
Answer: You need to earn swagbucks to get a gift card. As few as 300-500 swagbucks will get you a gift card (worth $3 - $5). Better gift cards are available for more swagbucks.
Answer: Either way. Some gift cards are physical cards and are mailed and some are online.
Answer: "... the page disappeared..."? If this is about getting a bonus for using the Search function, the page doesn't disappear; it sits there until you move off it. A couple times, I have moved off a page before realizing there was a Search bonus. I hit the Back button on my browser & input the code, no problem. Of course, if you don't respond in a timely manner, the bonus expires. (I think it's around 3 minutes, but I'm not certain.) Also, if you input a non-matching code, you'll get a new code, but only 2x (3 chances in total). Are you maybe talking about a SwagCode? That's a bonus that appears on an otherwise normal page. And again the page doesn't disappear. If you take too long, you get an expired notice in the SwagCode box, but the page remains.
Answer: Many giftcards are sent electronically. Some are within a few hours, others can take a few days. How well they pay depends on which activity you're referring to and also how much time and effort you devote to earning. Some activities are USELESS, like watching videos - you watch 15 30-second videos and are only paid 2SB, the equivalent of 2¢. For 7.5mins, that's asinine! However, some of the activities, like the surveys, in-store shopping/receipt upload and games (such as Swago) can offer a great bonus here and there.
Answer: You never get paid from there discovery items, huge scam
