I have been a Swagbucks member for years and have seen numerous changes, some did benefit the members while most didn't. I am always choosy on which offers I try and don't do every single one as some are scams on the site. Customer service is usually stellar but find the assistance on their Facebook page not as amazing as it had been for years. Bottom line is this site is legit and I have earned quite a bit of money through the years and it pays to be picky on what I do on the site.

I've been using Swagbucks regularly taking survey for about 2.5 years now and I've seen much improvements in the site overall and the survey having less errors. They have been exceptional is their response to me in a very quick manner (usually less than an hour) when I've had issues with survey errors and corrected my account accordingly. I would recommend them if you enjoy taking surveys. Swagbucks Live trivia game in the evening for 10 minutes can be fun as well.

It would be better that the system saves enough information so that it doesn't show these surveys. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes before you realize that you will only get 1 point.
