So, it is true that Branded Surveys is a real, legit company. However, after working for five hours, I only earn $6.37. Also, they refuse to pay you if you won't give them your physical address and phone number. Since I didn't want to give them personal information that was entirely unnecessary for a tiny PayPal payment, I wasn't paid at all.
I have been trying to reach someone from branded surveys for a week now, and still have not received a response. I just need to help updating my phone number so I can receive my payout. Can I please get a supervisor. Don't say email us and we'll respond. No you haven't.

Beware because of you make enough points they'll find a reason to block your account or make sure that the surveys are "invalid". Also, if you get close to finishing a survey it'll lock you out stating that it's "full". This whole thing is a scam and a waste of your time. Don't even bother! Also, to Branded Survery don't reply to this asking to reach out to you guys directly because IT DOESNT WORK this company has the worst customer service known to man.

I climbed to Gold quickly but I had to do a lot of low point surveys. Every time I click on a high point survey and go halfway through it, it says survey is full or I'm not fit for survey. I haven't done a payout yet but we'll see.

I earned $5.75 from their survey site. I put in my withdraw info it was rejected. I put in my PayPal and it was rejected. Then they suspended my account twice. I am filling out surveys for money for food. I haven't eaten in a week and since I can't get my payout I'm not likely to make it to the end of the month. In my opinion I think they just want me to perish.

The survey is a waste of time. I spend almost over a week & still get little to no point from it. The survey doesn't really matter on spending time. I sometimes spend over half an hour on 20 minutes survey and other time 10 minutes on quarter hour survey without receiving the total promises points when I'm accomplished it. I feel bad for anyone without a real job and waste time on these scam survey. The survey lied to you even if you qualify for it. When you qualify, than it tell you it full and give little to no point for 95% of the time. After that, than you get deducted points for no good reason. If I qualify before starting, I should still receive full point for spending around the time target.

Took a while to build up to Gold status but I see the increases. I use this app while waiting somewhere like doctor appts or in my spare time. It seems like its getting better. Too soon to tell. Could definitely use some improvements like storing the basic info we fill out before each survey to save us time and enable us to increase your profits quicker. Keep up the good work.

I started my account with Branded Surveys earlier this month and it only took a day or so for me to become an elite bronze member, then a few days laterI reached the elite silver tier and now I'm an elite gold member and earning a certain % of bonus points for each survey that I completed within the designated timeframe. It tells you in your account how many elite bonus points that are pending and will be rewarded after the survey passes a quality review. Branded Surveys is by far the best experience on any paid survey taking platform that there is. I love that this site actually cares about its members and rewards them weekly for their honest opinions.

Many surveys end in a technical error. Many surveys you do not receive proper credit. Many surveys are full when you click on them, yet they remain shown among the survey options. Many high point surveys seem to be always full. When you report an error nothing happens. I've had 50+ items that have ended in an error or that I have reported and not a single one has been rectified.
