I had over 900 points from completing surveys and they banned my account stating I'm "unable to participate in anymore surveys and it wont even let me cash out my points which would be $9.

When I was using the site I wanted to redeem 5 dollars of my hard work. Then they block my account for no reason. They won't even try to get it back because they don't want you to spend money. Don't trust this site if you are a consumer. Their customer service is horrible. As soon as you will earn 5 dollars or more, they will attempt to shut down your account in hopes that they don't have to pay you. They probably do have a bot in place for this job. Don't be fooled by the modern-looking website and fast pay. It's nothing if you can't even earn the money. You are the support team and you should be helping. Just look at all the other reviews. They say the same thing about the company. I have not violated any terms and conditions, they just want to save a few bucks. If you are a new consumer, absolutely avoid this website. There is file proof all across this page.

This surveys website has the worst help service ever out there, contacted them two times about account being locked with no given reasons and could not participate in surveys, with the first attempt on June 29 and the second attempt on July 1, still no response today August 5.
So, I have decided to give it another chance by opening a second account on July 25, and I am fully aware the T&C indicated only one account per person, but since they are not solving the issue with the first account, I have no other option. However, the second account has also been locked due to the T&C, but this time is after I have accumulated just short off 1000 points. Surprisingly, this time after getting in touch I have successfully gotten a reply from someone call Hanna C on August 1. However, after replying to what seems like an automated email about the T&C, there are no follow up response.
Problem not solved, account can't be accessed, point can't be redeemed, and my time wasted.
I do not recommend this website to anyone who value their time.
This review will be posted on every review site I can find to warned people about this scam.

Biggest waste of time - almost every survey, your answers get rejected and you make no points after spending many minutes filling out the questions. You could fill out the entire survey, and by the end something will glitch or it will tell you you're not qualified to count as a survey participant. It's infuriating. Do not bother.

Everything was free when I signed up and I completed the account surveys and 1 of the normal surveys. However, after I completed the 1 normal survey I tried to click on different surveys and I was not redirected to the survey, but instead I was just redirected to my home page. After a couple attempts of refreshing and logging out, I was not given any surveys at all and the survey boxes were completely empty. I do not recommend this website.

Fun to use lots of surveys to do you might not qualify for all of the surveys but they definitely have plenty

Worthwhile if you have patience! Survey questions may seem redundant, but they're necessary for each individual survey.

Total scam they do not honour accrued points and deactivate your account accusing you of not taking enough care with answers despite spending several hours answering inane questions to the best of your ability

Love this site, so easy to make cash and bonuses. Lots of interesting surveys and definitely learn as I go.

The surveys are relevant and easy to complete but you have to get to them quickly as they fill up very fast.

2 days ago I completed $10 worth of surveys and I didn't get paid yet. I have reached out to them via email because I have no other way to contact them and I got no response.

I just got on there tonight figuring there's a good way to make some money while sitting around doing nothing. I started doing the surveys and everyone that I've done so far just says oops you're not a match and I haven't been able to complete One survey. This thing is an absolute waste of time!

There's rarely surveys available and some survey's you go through the entire survey then it tells you your not qualified. Basically your doing surveys for free for them because you receive no points, ridiculous. You waste your time on those long ridiculous surveys for nothing.
