I started using Branded survey in April 2022 and had enjoyed the extra cash from taking surveys. However, since October this year I have not been able to successfully complete a survey - either I was informed the surveys were not a match, or there were no new surveys available (refer to the attached screenshot). I still checked the site from time to time and did the daily polls in hopes of cashing out my remaining 400+ points (payout minimum is 500 points). I eventually reached the payout minimum but could not redeem my points. After emailing customer support, apparently "through a thorough review" my account has been "suspended". I would like more transparency on the review process and how users can appeal the decision. If that's not possible, there should at least be compensation for the points that we already put time and effort into earning.

At first I didn't know what I was getting myself into or even what I was doing. Now I know and it took no time at all.

I spent a ridiculous amount of time answering their surveys; then I got to 1100 plus points ($11.00) only to be told that my account was suspended. They say this is because their "system" indicates that I have more than one account which is baloney. What a waste of time. Do NOT waste your precious time. Scammers!

They constantly show you surveys that you're NOT eligible for. When you finally do get into a survey, you 1st have to fill out a survey before getting to the survey. By the time you're done with the pre survey, you're no longer qualified or the real survey has already filled up. You often get to complete surveys and then get told "oops, its filled up" and you get NO REWARDS. This was useful, until it seems like they noticed I was making decent money. It then switched to how I explained earlier.

This site has good surveys. At the beginning I had so many surveys that I quickly reached gold level. So the next test was how fast was a payout. The payout was with 24 hours. Which is pretty excellent in my opinion. However once I took the payment, the surveys that I qualify for have dropped significantly. So use this site build up a big payout, take it, and then start a new account. Cause you have access to more surveys, when you don't payout

Branded review is ok but it ask way to many personal question which can make one feel a bit uncomfortable.

Be careful about this spam website! They always try to find a way to steal your points! They are even less than a starrr!

I have been doing this for a few weeks now and yes they pay however what you have to go through to get the $5 or $10 here or there is not worth it. Case in point, I just did a survey spent the whole 15 minutes answering every question and get to the end where its suppose to tell me how many points I got and it said oops you do not qualify for points. I got to Gold fairly easily but what does it matter when I can't qualify for the surveys to get the points. Time is money and it's not cutting it so I'm going to try to get the last 175 points so I can get my last $5 and go.

I became a silver elite & accumulated $15 fairly quickly. Once I got there, I noticed that the actual "redeem points" button was missing & I messaged them to figure out what was going on. I got a message back saying they were happy that I reached out to them & that my account had been suspended.

Turns out it had been suspended for almost a week & I had no idea. There was no message, email, or any kind of notification communicated to me at all. Weirdly, I still participated in the daily poll & accumulated more useless points while constantly being reminded that I had enough points to cash out. I gave the best answers I could & didn't rush things, yet no reasons for my dismissal were given from customer service.

I looked into the Terms & Conditions & found that they reserve the right to discontinue their services without notice, at any time, & for any reason. They claim they have no commitment towards any user past or present. Further research showed that it has happened to a lot of other people among other problems even though they were not at fault.

It looks as though this company has been going downhill over the last few years & I just got to found out why personally. There are users that still have success with that site but, that can change at any moment. You can spend hours here slowly accumulating enough points to cash out only to be dumped with no warning, for reasons you'll never know, & with nothing to show for it. Your time & effort is worth more than that.

It is great way to make willing to do the survey,, the company can know what's going on outside and the people do the survey can get paid~~ it is win win

They take forever to answer, when they do they come up with excuses, no resolutions! Never give you points you lost after you completed surveys that took you 30 min or more and did not pay because of technical errors and so forth

Branded survey's has been a great site I stumbled apon! The website is fast and interesting. New surveys all the time. Payput is fast as well. Seems pretty legit imma keep using the site.

Great survey pushy learn stuff and make money I love taking surveys it makes me more knowledgeable about the product and I get to hear about brands I don't know anything about it's a great way to make money I've learned so many things about business about different products that I've never tried that I will now I've learned a lot about the way to manage money

You invest LITERALLY 10+ minutes in a survey, only to have it come back and tell you that too many people with my criteria have already completed the given questions... I don't mind not being qualified- it's the investment of 10 minutes for nothing that I mind! I would say at least 50% of the surveys I take have this happen, so beware!

Wow I can't believe it's not a scam. I actually have gotten paid twice now and have made $37 so far. That's in just 2 weeks.
