Originally the site was great. Occasionally there would be a late disqualification but the past few weeks it has excalated significantly. I answer survey questions for 15 minutes only to be rerouted back to the home dashboard and see that I didn't get points for it because the survey was all of a sudden full or I was disqualified. Reporting the issues does nothing. They basically take your data without paying you about 50% of the time. Lifepoints is a site that has a much better algorithm (if you're not a good fit you're booted within 2 minutes of starting a survey). Surveys on the go has cool studies where you go to locations and answer questions for 10 bucks. All that to say, branded surveys has gotten too big and now they don't pay people for providing data.
I began using branded surveys with the intent to complete as many surveys a day to obtain ~300 points which would give me about $100 a month extra money. The first couple of weeks this was easily done within an hour a day while doing other tasks. $3 an hour isn't great, but I would complete surveys rather than play games or scroll through social media. The longer I have used the site, the more it has wasted my time. I now spend anywhere between 2-4 hours a day trying to obtain 300 points. I will complete survey after survey just to be prompted that I am not a match or the survey is full after spending 20+ minutes filling it out. This is unacceptable. The screening process and algorithms should be able to catch people who aren't matches or surveys that are full well prior to an individual wasting 20+ minutes of their time. Each time this happens I will report the survey and ask for the points, but branded survey rejects the request every time.
There are other sources to make a few extra bucks a month and I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this pathetic site.
I've been a member of Branded for almost a year and have always kept a Gold membership rating. I've only had one cash payout over my time. I decided to stretch my future second payout a little longer for a little more money. This is when my dashboard was indicating that there were no surveys available. After becoming frustrated with being unable to participate and on the verge of losing my Gold Membership status, I tried to redeem my points for a payout. That option wasn't available! After several emails with a representative named "Cassie" he/she/they indicated to me my account was flagged due to security reasons. I asked for an explanation of why, and the response I received was lacking with no reason indicating how or why I failed this. This came without warning nor was I given a chance to correct this issue Branded had with me. I then asked for my remaining points to be redeemed (it was a considerable amount), Branded responded that there was no way the flag on my account can be removed and my points can't be redeemed. I've spent considerable effort and time acquiring these points and for no reason, it was taken from me.
I enjoy taking their surveys, they're short and sweet and you could take surveys in under a hour and withdraw
Branded Surveys is a pretty easy way to earn some extra money. Its easy to sign up and start taking surveys. You earn immediately and can cash out very quickly. You can choose many different forms of payment, including gift cards, prepaid cards and also receive checks. Sometimes you have to keep trying to match up with a survey, but its worth it. I've earned $20 in my first week.

Branded Survey locked me out of my account. I got a message, I can no longer participate in their surveys. Many if their surveys have technical issues. The company don't want to pay for participating in their surveys. A scam company.
Although I haven't yet tried, you can cash out at any time. It pays to be persistent as better rewards come after a few weeks. Surveys fill up quickly though.
It is very useful and fun, and it increases the ability and skill, and it is a very beautiful method, and I highly recommend it, and from a successful experience

On the plus side, their payout system is the best I have found. Very quick and efficient.
Their customer service, although not always helpful, are usually quick and genuine to repsond.
Downside is there are far too many scam surveys where you complete the whole survey but they then 'disqualify you' so that they don't have to reward you. Basically refusing to pay you for your service.
I don't think it is Branded Survey's fault, I think it is the actual survey providers trying to scam you.
Be aware sometimes it is more than half of the surveys are frauds.
I didn't want to ask for payment for a while. I wanted to wait until I reach the 2,000 points. When I was chosen the payment method, they blocked my account immediately. It happened on Nov 23.2022, on that day I filled up my last survey (except the daily survey, I still answer on it). They don't answer on any email. You only waste your time, if you pay attention on them.
This site is an absolute rip off I checked daily and hardly ever had surveys that I was eligible for! They than deactivated my account cause they seen activity.
That was an absolute stab to the heart and couldn't believe they did that to me when I checked daily on their stupid repeating surveys!
It's a scam of a site to get what information they want and then deleted me before I was paid out for what I had already had.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
SCAM, When you meet your 500 point criteria for a payout, as of 2022 3rd quarter, corporate as ordered to lock accounts. Selecting payout or survey will result in "You cannot conduct additional surveys" Consequently, you will not be paid for the hours put in. Support does not respond and your are left with nothing. SCAM AVOID User's signed up prior to 2022 accounts are active. They are full AVOID
Easy quick money for your opinion. I will always have something to do now. Had no problem receiving payment.
You'll spend 10-25 minutes taking a survey and once you complete it it will say survey full and won't credit you anything. Big waste of time.
Things went along good at first. Got to 1000 points, payout was fast and everything was going good. Then worked my way past 5000, and now my account is locked, nor can I cash out my points. Attempts to contact result in bot promises. Picture below is all you can get to.
Registered on a platform, got answered for several surveys and when the scores was 495 which is almost an amount for payout thay just blocked the account with no reason! Spent so much time and being used!
