So i discovered this site via a bevy of ads or articles of "legitimate side hustles" which typically boil down to skirting you around doing tasks that seem easy enough, but are very repetitive and very low reward. Which is fine because this is the trade off for doing noncon work. My issue with a site like this is that like others where you're tasked with survey taking, some people are unfortunately limited in their progression, if not restricted outright.

I see a lot of positive feedback, that's fantastic. It shows us how it feels when something works as intended. I just wish that was reciprocated across all users.

Ive only used this for a week tops as a time passer and ive been met with the common issue of being unfit for the survey... I'd appreciate it if you guys would have more personable surveys then. Not everyone is going to be a generic consumer. If there were more personality checks in place that could allow for easier matches and less kick outs that would be great, but of course, that runs risk of actually having to pay more people. It typically comes down to cutting how much you lose on a daily.

To the other users that have been hit by some unwarranted account violations i do feel for you, hopefully the awareness for this is amplifed just as much as the positive feedback is

I have been doing Branded Surveys for over three months now. There have probably been 33% of occasions where I have worked on a survey for more than half of the time allotted. Meaning if a survey is for 15 minutes I have worked for seven minutes and then been rejected as this survey is full or you don't meet the qualifications for this survey. I do not think that this is a great way to procure the services of those that are trying to complete surveys. Therefore I cannot recommend them. They do have an option for your survey to be reviewed but generally speaking if it is a survey that is 100 points or more they do not approve any kind of dispute.

The surveys were coming far and few. So I get up to the $5.00 actually $5.44 and do a transfer to redeem. It is DENIED. Finally someone gets back to me states my account was deactivated. Fine give me my last $5.00. NOPE. BE careful. They got paid for the surveys but I did not. They use to be a good survey line. Not anymore. OH, I have been taking these surveys for over a year. Must be INFLATION.

Was blocked out randomly for no reason. Some surveys you spend 20 minutes on then they just message and say I'm sorry the survey is full and 0 points rewarded. Quick payouts though.

2 days. Ive been using this thing for 2 days, decided to test the payout and... nada. I cant link any account to cash out. I have been noticing some issues stated in previous reviews on here. Like the "survey full" notice AFTER u do the survey. A few system error pop-ups. AFTER I get to the end of a survey. Well see if I get that test payout after I contact customer service. If not, well im glad I didn't invest too much of my time like some of these poor souls. Oh and a few things about your opening survey. I detest the term cis im sure others do to. Don't ask someone if they have a child over the age of 18 then say invalid if they include them in the household birthdays. Fix ur payout. Make good choices. Bye

Simply put, this is a legit survey company. I've found it's relatively easy to earn some pocket money with Branded Surveys in a short period of time. They process your redemption of points quickly and you have options as to how you wish to receive your money. Surveys are generally redirected to other companies, but there are in-house surveys as well. A common complaint with taking online surveys with_any_ company is being told you don't match the company's criteria for a given survey after you've answered a significant number of questions and have invested the time. That holds true here, but this company offers bonus opportunities and other perks that I've not seen elsewhere. So far, I'm very happy I gave this company a try.

Completed surveys with due diligence for 5+ months. Did not redeem any points as I thought I would just let them build up. Had not taken surveys in a couple weeks while traveling. Went to go do some surveys, system said I had completed all my surveys and more surveys coming my way "shortly". So - decided to redeem points for a gift card. Had 6000+ points - no Redeem option available. Sent note to their "Help" desk. Was told my account was "flagged" due to "failing security checks"? What security checks? I followed all their procedures? So - it appears that they will just lock out accounts without warning/reason and of course it's always when you want to redeem the points you have earned. Yes, it does say in the Terms of Service they can terminate the account at any time for whatever reason they like but really - this seems to be a pattern with them from other reviews I have read. I just don't recommend wasting your time. 66 year old Navy Veteran who held Top Secret clearances my entire 26 year Navy career and I get dumped because I failed a security check? Really...? Thanks for nothing.

Brand survey has really enlightened me more about lits of things expecially my surroundings,am really greatful for this opportunity and I hope to continue to be part of this.

I promise you this is the biggest scam there is out there, you'll do some of there surveys and check back just to have your account banned for absolutely no reason and you'll be unable to cash out any money! This has happened to thousands of people as well! Complete bs waste of time! Take your valuable time elsewhere!

I've been doing surveys for this site for several months. At first I made about $20 a week but then after they get you hooked, it all falls apart. Slowly, you will notice that you complete 20-40 minute surveys only to be told it is now full even though you've clearly submitted all of the answers. Contacting customer service just gives you a scripted response, no help at all. It's a toss up if you will be able to even make the $5 needed to cash out. From the other reviews, I see that over time it turns into a big scam and they just stop allowing you to make much more than the bare minimum. AND those 5-star reviews...yeah right...must be their marketing department. By the way, they have site jabber and their rating on the website...so proud of the high marks, huh? So obviously paying for 5 stars. Trust the one star reviews. Or just go see for yourself what a waste of time branded surveys is AND THEN come back and give them the one star they deserve. This is the true review.

All of a sudden I am blocked from cashing out my 800 plus points which I was not informed ironically. This company has to be the worst ever research company and I will file a class action against them for breach and abusing my data and not letting me cash out my points which I earned its not like I received it for free.

Once again wishing for that 0 star option take half or more of a survey and its get ready for the survey. Then oops you didnt qualify for the survey here's a lousy one point thanks for the info sucker. Pure, unadulterated theft

Few thing You should know before using these A$$holes,,(1) they want as much personal info as they can com you out of, if you opt out you account is closed and any "points" you already have are gone you will not be able to ever recover them. The reason is they SELL your info it is in the very fine print,,,,,,(2) you will have no problems at first then surveys will allow you to fill out 99% or the question then just fail (no points will be awarded) as time goes on this will occur more often when you report it to Branded Surveys you will still not be paided for these points,,, (3) report these failed surveys enough and branded surveys will just stop returning your messages,,, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TAKE YOUR PERSONAL INFO AND SELL IT, THEY ARE JUST A SMALL GROUP OF SOY BOYS THE ENTIRE COMPANY HAS ONLY 29 PEOPLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE, IN THE ATTACHED PHOTO YOU WILL SEE HOW IN LESS THAN TWO DAYS A NUMBER OF FAILED SURVEYS THAT I REPORTED TO THEM,, TAKE NOTICE JUST HOW THEY TOOK CARE OF IT,, MY CLAIM WAS REJECTED ON EACH AND EVERY ONE
